We typically start with an initial, in-person consultation that usually takes a couple of hours followed by 2-3 similar in-person meetings. It is important to identify what stage of building the customer is currently in as well as narrow down the steps required to go under contract. Often, there is a large amount of information to process and this allows for time for time to have questions answered and develop a relationship. We treat it as if you, the customer, are interviewing us. It is also extremely important that we communicate the wants and needs that surround the project. Ultimately, the main goal is to establish trust on both sides. Once we have plans and a signed contract, we can start the building process.
